Embark on a mesmerizing eight-day journey from the captivating city of Tangier to the imperial city of Fes and the enchanting desert of Merzouga. This carefully curated tour invites you to explore the rich history, vibrant culture, and breathtaking landscapes of Northern Morocco. From bustling medinas and ancient ruins to majestic mountains and endless desert dunes, you’ll uncover the diverse wonders that make this region a traveler’s paradise.

 

Itinerary

  • Day 1: Tangier – Tetouan Chefchaouen (115KM)

After our meeting in the airport we’ll take a quick look at the tanger attractions, then we’ll drive towards Chefchaouen via Tetouan , we will explore the blue city and visit its attractions, include it’s medieval medina, in the evening, check into your accommodation , and spend the night, (riad & hotel) .

 

  • Day 2:  Chefchaouen - Meknes - Fes  (192KM)

After breakfast we’ll continue our road towards Fes city, crossing the Atlas Mountains, passing through meknes , where we’ll  visit the ancient roman ruins of Volubilis, and the famous attractions of Meknes, then we’ll explore the vibrant souks in Fes, and its famous attractions, including its medieval Medina, and the tanneries, then check into your accommodation, in the evening, expert the lovely atmosphere, where you’ll immerse yourself in the local entertainment, and spend the night .

 

  • Day 3: Fes - Ifran - Azrou - Midelt (200kM)

After breakfast we’ll drive to Midelt, passing through Ifrane known as “Little Switzerland” of Morocco for its architecture, then we will drive through the Middle Atlas mountains enjoying the charming landscapes, the next stop will be in the ancient Cedar Forest in Azrou, where we might encounter friendly Barbary macaques, then continuing until we arrive in Midelt, and spend the night at your accommodation .

 

  • Day 4: Midelt – Erfoud – Merzouga (270KM)

we’ll depart to Merzouga through the Ziz Valley, today will be different with the desert experience, we’ll pass through Erfoud the Date Capital, a town known for its fossil productions, in the afternoon, we’ll reach Merzouga the silent area, you’ll have the opportunity to relax yourself, in the evening expert a camel ride into the mesmerizing dunes of Erg Chebbi, where you can immerse your self in the beauty of the golden sand dunes, after the sunset you’ll reach your desert camp, where you’ll savor a dinner, and spend the night in a comfortable tent under the starry sky .

 

On this day wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the dunes, return to the hotel, where you’ll meet Us, we’ll embark on a trek, to discover the nomadic villages where you’ll learn about, their way of life, we’ll visit the famous village of khamlia, where you’ll enjoy the Gnaoua musicin the afternoon we’ll return to Merzouga, where you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some optional various activities like (ATV adventure, or a camel ride to the sunset ), then spend the night at your accommodation .

 

  • Day 6: Merzouga to Dades Valley (271KM)

After witnessing the sunrise, depart towards the Dades Valley we’ll have a stop in the city of rissani, the old sijilmasa to discover it, the next stop we’ll be in the Toudgha Gorges, known for its impressive rock formation and narrow canyons, where you would enjoy a walk leisurely, then we’ll continue road to Dades Valley, where you’ll spend the night .

 

  • Day 7: Dades Valley to Marrakech (331)

After breakfast we’ll head to Marrakech, passing through Kalaat Mgouna the rose capital, and Ouarzazate “the Holywood of Morocco”, we’ll visit the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Ait Ben Haddou Kasbah, the largest in Morocco, it has been featured in many films, then we’ll cross the high pass of (Tizi n’Tichka), photo stop with a nice panoramic view over the Atlas mountains, we’ll arrive in Marrakech in the late afternoon, check into  your accommodation, in the evening expert the lovely atmosphere of Marrakesh, and spend the night .

 

Day 8: Marrakech and Departure

After breakfast we’ll explore the famous attractions of Marrakesh, including its medieval Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, then we’ll visit, its bustling Souks, where you’ll find local products, we can visit the Saadian Tombs to learn about Marrakesh’s rich history, in the evening depart from Marrakech, and conclude your 8-days tour .
