Day 1: Fes – Azrou – Merzouga (570KM)

After we meet you in the airport, we’ll start our journey towards Merzouga, passing through ifran known as “little switzeland” of Morocco for its unique architecture, then we’ll drive through the Middle Atlas Mountains enjoying the scenic landscapes along the way, the next stop will be in the cedar forests in Azrou, where we’ll might spot Barbary macaques, then we’ll head the road towards Erfoud, a town famous for its fossil production, in the evening we’ll reach Merzouga the silent area where you’ll have time to relax and check into your desert accommodation, where you can Enjoy a traditional Moroccan dinner and spend the night.
Day 2: Merzouga Experiece
Wake up early to witness the magical sunrise over the sand dunes, After breakfast, you can embark on a trek into the heart of the Erg Chebbi dunes, to explore the desert’s unique beauty and enjoy the tranquility of the Sahara, where we’ll visit a nomadic family and learn about their traditional way of life, then we’ll pass through the famous village of Khamlia, known for its gnaoua music, where we’ll have a lunch, in the afternoon we’ll return to Merzouga, where you can do some optional activities like an ATV adventure, then you’ll have time to relax, in the evening expert a camel ride into the sahara desert, where you’ll have the opportunity to immers yourself in the beauty of the golden sand dunes, after the sunset reach your camp where you’ll enjoy a traditional dinner, and spend the night in a tent under the starry sky.
Day 4: Exploring Fes
On this day we’ll explore the cultural and historical treasures of Fes, we can visit the medieval Medina, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, and its famous attractions such as the Al-Qarawiyyin Mosque, Bou Inania Madrasa, and the tanneries, we’ll also explore the vibrant souks, where you can find traditional crafts and local products, then we ganna visit the Mellah, the historic Jewish quarter of Fes, and learn about its rich heritage, and immerse yourself in Fes’ lively atmosphere, in the evening conclude your 4-days-tour.
